Domestic Orders:

All domestic orders will be shipped through DHL. Packages sent via DHL mail require an average of 2 to 3 days to arrive anywhere in Germany.

EU Orders:

All EUorders will be shipped through DHL. Packages sent via DHL mail require an average of 1-3 weeks to arrive anywhere in EU.

International Orders:

(All orders outside the EU) Delivery time estimated between 1-6 weeks, but that is not guaranteed. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DO NOT HAVE TRACKING FEATURES !

Customs or Import Duties:

ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES THAT ARE LEVIED ON THE ORDERED PACKAGE, AND/OR CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS AND REGULATIONS REQUIRED ONCE IT REACHES ITS FINAL COUNTRY OF DELIVERY ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT. We have no control over the application of the charges, nor amount of the charges to be levied. Return Policy: If it's digital, you can't return it and we won't refund it. If it's anything else, email us. We'll figure it out.
